Operational Data: Task logs, quality audit results, schedules, and project assignments.

2. How We Process Your Data

To provide AI agent functionalities, Ebere uses large language models, including Google Gemini. Your text inputs are sent securely to these API endpoints to generate responses. We do not sell or lease your personal conversations or personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We store your team's chat history, task logs, and audit records securely using MongoDB to allow Ebere to maintain operational continuity across messaging sessions. If you wish to delete your organization's data or reset your history, please contact support@titalabs.com.

4. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, please remember that no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies and Web Analytics
