Welcome to Ebere, a personal AI agent service provided by Tita Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Ebere via Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Ebere is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you track finances, manage inventory, schedule reminders, and connect with local services. You must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent to use the Service. You agree to use Ebere only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Your Data and Conversations
Your interactions with Ebere are processed by advanced language models, including Google Gemini. You are solely responsible for any information, text, images, or receipts you submit to Ebere (collectively, "User Content"). Please do not submit highly sensitive information (such as credit card numbers or raw bank credentials) directly into the chat.
3. Service Availability and Accuracy
Ebere is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy and uptime, AI models can occasionally make mistakes (hallucinate) or experience downtime. Tita Labs is not liable for financial decisions, booking errors, or data discrepancies resulting from advice or actions performed by Ebere.
4. Subscription and Payments
We reserve the right to introduce fees, premium subscriptions, or limits on message counts at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance before any charges are applied.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tita Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Ebere after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
